The Thuya residence is located on the charming Ardoisières promenade, one of the most beautiful streets in Avoriaz, in the historic Dromonts area.
This residence offers studio to 2-bedroom apartments and stretches along the Ardoisières promenade, providing a peaceful location in Avoriaz 1800.
Located in the historic Dromonts area, the residence benefits from its proximity to the square of the same name and its recently renovated shops, including a bowling alley, restaurants, caterer, wine and deli shop, and ski shops.
Access to the Arare sector of the Portes du Soleil ski area is direct, allowing you to access other sectors or nearby Switzerland.
Fitted out for 4 people with an area of around 41 m², it has all the equipment necessary for the smooth running of your stay: TV, WiFi, ski locker, washing/drying machine.
It offers quality services, classified in the prestige category. Beds made on arrival, mid-stay cleaning, towels included.
In the entrance you have a large closet to properly store your ski gear. The shower room is spacious and has a toilet and a wall-mounted towel dryer.
You then access the dining area, with a high bar table fitted in front of the kitchen which is fully equipped for your family meals. You have a fridge with freezer, dishwasher, induction hob with extractor hood, microwave, Dolce Gusto coffee maker and an integrated washing/drying machine.
A first cabin bedroom with bunk beds and storage is very suitable for children.
The master bedroom with a large double bed is facing south, very bright, it also has a large storage cupboard.
The living room is raised by a step, pleasant and spacious, comfortably accommodates 4 people and has a sofa facing the TV. Access to the south-facing balcony with a magnificent view of the Morzine valley and the Ardoisières promenade.
