The entrance, located on the 7th floor, gives you access to a cloakroom, a laundry room and restroom.
On your right you will find the children’s room with a bunk bed 80x200cm and a smart 24'' HDTV.
- The living room is set with an open fully equipped kitchen: large granite worktops, fridge, dishwasher, extractor hood, and induction stove and oven.
- The dining room opens up on a large balcony, and continue into the vast living room with a flat screen smart 32” HDTV.
- On the lower floor, a spacious and bright en-suite double bedroom 160x200cm is waiting for you. It has its own private balcony, bathroom and toilet, large dressing room and flat screen smart HDTV.
- A second bedroom with a double bed 160x200cm is on your right, also equipped with a flat screen 32” smart HDTV. A modern shower room and a separate toilet are also found on this floor.
The apartment has been renovated in its entirety with high quality materials, underfloor heating, carpeting with underlay, new carpentry. The beds are made prior to your arrival. You have access to the WiFi.
