Sixties soul and ski-in, ski-out style in iconic Avoriaz
Step into the spirit of the Sixties at Hôtel des Dromonts, a legendary retreat in the heart of Avoriaz. Enjoy bold architecture, vintage-chic interiors, a vibrant spa and two unique restaurants.
Set in one of Avoriaz’s historic districts, this hotel has been welcoming guests for over fifty years. With its pine-cone-inspired silhouette and fan-shaped design, it’s a striking example of alpine architecture - bold, playful and completely unique.
Inside, vintage design meets cosy luxury. Iconic Sixties furnishings, deep colours and natural slate create a warm, retro-chic atmosphere. The cocoon-like rooms are ideal for unwinding after a day in the mountains, while the psychedelic-inspired Eliospa offers a colourful, sensory escape with suspended loungers, reflective mirrors and mineral tones.
Guests can choose between two very different dining experiences: Les Enfants Terribles, a winter-only bistro with a touch of theatrical flair, or Le Festival, a relaxed summer restaurant. Add in ski-in, ski-out access, peaceful pedestrian walkways, and the vast Portes du Soleil ski area, and Hôtel des Dromonts offers a truly timeless mountain escape.
The hotel has two great restaurants. Les Enfants Terribles is a chic restaurant serving a classic bistro menu, perfect for a special occasion, while Le Festival serves local cuisine and is great for a casual dinner or lunch.
