This magnificent, fully renovated individual chalet comfortably accommodates up to twelve guests. Located on the Promenade des Ardoisières, it combines spacious living with exceptional comfort, offering breathtaking views that will truly captivate you.

- ground floor: the entrance leads directly into the ski room, providing convenient storage for your gear.
- first floor: the open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, induction hotplates, extractor hood, oven, microwave, and dishwasher. It flows seamlessly into the dining and living areas, which open up onto a large south-facing balcony with stunning views of the Morzine valley.
- lower ground floor: this level features three bedrooms with double beds (180x200cm) and one bedroom with a double bed (160x200cm). There are two bathrooms and two separate toilets for added convenience.
