The kitchen-diner is fully equipped with a fridge-freezer, large traditional oven & microwave, electric hobs, dishwasher, and wine cellar – ideal for cooking and entertaining.

Upper floor:

A staircase leads to a cosy reading area and an en-suite double bedroom (160x200cm) with a TV and a bathroom, offering a peaceful retreat.

Ground floor:

• en-suite bedroom with two single beds (80x200cm), TV, shower room, and WC.
• twin bedroom with two single beds (90x190cm) and a TV, with a separate shower room and WC.
• second twin bedroom with two single beds (80x190cm), one on a mezzanine, and a TV.
