The residence constructed directly on the mountainside has an elevator and 2 separate accesses: one on the north side to easily reach the resort center and one on the south side for a rapid departure on the slopes. The residence is part of the charming Hauts-Forts area whose name refers to the highest mountainpeak in the Portes du Soleil. The residence also offers a breathtaking view of the summit and the surrounding landscapes.
The Cédrat residence is ideally located for guests who seek the prime ski-in/ski-out conditions as it gives immediate access the Aare sector, allowing skiers to not lose a minute and be the very first on the slopes.
Benefiting from an area of 26sqm, it is ideally located at the foot of the slopes, just at the start of the chairlifts.
From the entrance you have access to the master bedroom with a double bed and storage cupboards. You also have access to the bathroom with WC.
The main room, very bright, opens onto a balcony with a beautiful view of Lake Avoriaz and the mountains. In the living room you will find a comfortable, brand new sofa, which converts into a double bed for the night, while enjoying the television installed nearby. The fully equipped kitchen (combined oven/micowaves, hotplates, extractor, refrigerator, dishwasher) faces the dining area with table and seating for 4 people.

No need to carry your ski equipment around with you! Simply pick it up from the ski shop in resort. You can collect your equipment from at least 5pm the day before your 1st skiing day.
This ski hire shop is ideally located next to the Prodains cable car and a few meters from the ESF Ski School. The shop is in the same building as the 'La Taniere' restaurant. Pierre and his team will welcome you and assist you in the store.
