A team of French skiers have set a new record for the fastest descent of Mont Blanc. The group completed the 14km journey from the summit of Mont Blanc to the centre of Chamonix in an unbelievable time of just 32 minutes!
Portes du Soleil based Nicolas Anthonioz and Antoine Montegani were among the group who left Chamonix in the early hours of Thursday morning to climb Mont Blanc, arriving at the summit 9 hours later. They then skied right down from the top as far as the snow would allow, ran through the forest before getting on bikes to cycle all the way back to the church in Chamonix - all in their ski boots!
Check out EpicTV's interview with the guys and some great footage of their amazing adventure.
Congratulations to all of the team on their incredible achievement.
