Lift pass office located in the Residence Elinka in the Falaise area
Situated close to the information point and the underground parking this particular lift pass office has been put in place in order to assist all those renting apartments in this popular area of Avoriaz.
Open every Saturday, Sunday and Monday from 08:45 to 16:45 during the winter season. On Saturdays between February 9th to March 8th the Elinka desk opens from 08:45 to 19:30.
Close to the entrance of the resort, the 'Falaise' area is a quiet district near the centre of the resort and all the shops (around 5 minutes by walk). The skiing area is accessible via the Boulevard des skieurs and the Plateau area.
Also available at the lift pass office are piste maps, bus (& train where appropriate) timetables, weather forecasts, ski condition details and avalanche bulletins.
You can also purchase the necessary mountain/ski insurance here if you do not already have the correct cover.
Please note that if you've ordered ski passes online, you cannot collect them from here. You need to visit either the Ardent, Super Morzine, Prodains lifts or the main tourist office to collect them.

Avoriaz is a completely pedestrianised resort, no cars, vans or lorries. The best way to travel around, especially if you have little ones or lots of luggage is by horse drawn sleigh.

The resort plays host to a number of winter music festivals which take place across the resort and pistes, namely Rock the Pistes and Snowboxx in March. In summer, the Pass'portes du Soleil mountain bike festival is the biggest event for bikers, with the occasional Tour de France stage passing nearby.
