We have had a great week here in the Portes d Soleil, one of the best, with powder, kickers and great pistes.

Almost all of the pistes are open with just a few minor closures and one significant one. The three man chair from Prodains to Arare is now closed so work can take place on the grond for the new Prodains bubble.
Pipe contest and L'Ebouelle this weekend. More clear skies. All good.

Upcoming Events

There is plenty going on in Avoriaz throughout the year. The resort plays host to a number of winter music festivals which take place across the resort and pistes, namely Rock the Pistes and Snowboxx in March. In summer, the Pass'portes du Soleil mountain bike festival is the biggest event for bikers, with the occasional Tour de France stage passing nearby.
