This spacious cabin offers a comfortable and cosy stay with private access by lift or stairs. Inside, you’ll find a welcoming living room with a fireplace and TV, perfect for relaxing after a day on the slopes. The large dining area opens onto a fully equipped kitchen, featuring an oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, hob, professional Nespresso machine, coffee machine, kettle, and toaster. The south-facing windows provide stunning views over the Morzine valley and ski slopes.

The cabin also includes a separate WC and is equipped with a washing machine and tumble dryer. You’ll have access to WiFi throughout, as well as a private ski room with a heated boot warmer at the entrance of the residence.

The Kouria residence offers exclusive comfort with a range of shared amenities, including an indoor swimming pool, jacuzzi with an incredible view of the slopes, and a hammam. Access to these facilities is reserved for the 16 apartments of the residence.
