Chalets des Loges is a project of 7 new-build chalets, a stone’s throw from the La Linga cable car in Châtel, giving direct access to the high-altitude ski resort of Avoriaz. The chalets are in a peaceful setting at the end of a no-through road, each with its own private garden.

The chalets have been designed to maximise light and panoramic mountain views from their south-facing aspects. Each chalet has its own wellness/sauna area, ski and boot room, laundry, and covered parking or garage. The properties will be fully-fitted including engineered parquet flooring, large-dimension tiles and traditional “vieux bois” walls amongst modern plastered finishes. Built to the most recent thermal regulations (RT 2020), the chalets will have underfloor heating via an individual air-source heat pump. Delivery of the project is expected in the second trimester 2025.

The Chalets des Loges are just 270m from the bottom of the “La Leiche” piste and the “La Linga” ski lift (gondola) with a variety of shops, restaurants and bars in the immediate vicinity. The centre of Châtel itself is just over 2km away, a short drive but also well served by a regular (free) bus, the nearest stop being just 50 metres from the property. The nearest supermarket and boulangerie are towards Châtel.
