Situated right in the centre of "La Falaise", one of the most popular quarters of Avoriaz, this private spacious chalet has ski-in / ski-out access offering direct access to the lifts.

Decorated in a contemporary alpine style with faux fur rugs and cushions, the open-plan living room is a welcoming space with comfortable sofas and access to the large south facing balcony which enjoys uninterrupted views of the mountains and pistes.

The modern kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need including a full-sized oven, microwave, ceramic hob, large fridge-freezer and dishwasher.

After you return from the slopes you can relax and unwind in the hot-tub and sauna, heating yourself through to the bone and soothing any aching muscles.

If you plan an evening in then there is a large flat screen satellite TV and DVD player so you can switch-off in front of a film, an MP3 player so you can chill-out to your favourite tunes and a selection of board games. The free WiFi allows you to stay connected throughout your holidays.

Fully refurbished in 2015, this is a deluxe chalet decorated in a cosy welcoming style with warm fabrics. The open-plan living room includes comfortable sofas where you can relax after an active day on the mountain, while at the far end of the room there is access to a south facing balcony where you can enjoy an après-ski drink in the winter sunshine.

Alternatively, you can simply unwind in front of the Sky TV, catching up with your favourite programmes or switching off in front of a DVD. WiFi access is also available so you easily keep up with family and friends, perhaps sharing your latest holiday photos.

'Au Coin du Feu' or 'by the fireside' was named with the 4 sided fireplace in mind which is a central feature of this wonderful chalet. After a day on the slopes the fire will be blazing on your return and you'll be able to relax beside it with a drink before dinner.

The nearest ski lift is a short walk of about 150 metres and you can ski right up to the chalet as the piste finishes just opposite.
