Updated

The Trail des Hauts Forts are all natural trail running races with a short, medium race and long race as well as a relay race. From Morzine at 1,000m, up to Avoriaz at 1,800m, the track crosses one of the most beautiful trails of the fabulous Portes du Soleil domain.

The course is varied and rhythmic, aerial in places, with an army of volunteers to encourage and refuel you. Ideally placed on the calendar at three weeks from the UTMB®, the courses are ITRA certified and registered on the list of UTMB® World Series Qualifiers.

There are a choice of four races with varying levels of ascent and descent:

  • 52km - Trail des Hauts Forts
  • 36km - Trail du Fornet
  • 23km - Trail des Mines d'Or
  • 52km - Relais des Contrebandiers
